Move /Migrate VM from ESX 3.0 & ESX 4.0 to ESXI 5.0

Hi,

Our set up has mixture of ESX 3.0 and ESX 4.0 Host with 12 VM and we would like it to migrate only the VM to ESXi 5.0 Host.  My questions are

1. What Tool is required to Migrate?

2. Since we have purchased vCenter 5 license, can I use vCenter 5 to migrate just the VM's from ESX 3.0 and ESX 4.0?

3. What are the best practices and pre-requisites?

You can use VMware Vcenter Converter

With that tool you could migrate vms between the two ESX

Can I Migrate RDM & clustered VM ( ex microsoft  win cluster)  using vcenter converter?
