We recently had a brief outage due to some of our admins not removing snapshots. It filled the VMFS volume and made all the VMs with snapshots pause. I am now curious how I can monitor the usage on these disks. I took a look at some of the SNMP MiBs and I don't see anything that sticks out.
My question then - Is there any SNMP OID that I can use to monitor VMFS volume space remaining, and if not how can I monitor that uasge.
