Maximum SCSI Target Settings

We are testing our new EVA 8000 and seem to have hit a snag. Each LUN is presented through redundant connections (eight total) and are creating more than 8 SCSI targets per HBA. Is there any place in the advanced settings or elsewhere to increase that number? Or has someone else run into this and found the solution?

Hello,

Did you try to check your HBA advanced settings configuration ?

I did a brief check on the settings during boot and didn't find anything. The HBAs are LP1150 4Gb FC HBAs in a DL385 G1. I haven't been able to find anything on the forums about this. I'm hoping someone who has an EVA may have seen this and found a solution. If need be I'll call support and see if I can get a fix.

Support appears to have found my problem. There is a patch for Emulex HBAs (1541239) which fixes exactly the problem I'm having. After installing the patch I can see all SCSI targets.
