Mass Upgrade of VMtools - Command Line Options

Hello all,

I have upgraded all our servers to ESX 3.5u2 and we are ready to start upgrading VMtools on all the guests. My question is this, when I am doing the upgrade is it possible to also change the tools options that are installed. Specifically I want to remove "descheduled time accounting" "shared folders" and "guest SDK" and I want to install "Volume Shadow Copy..."

I have found info regarding the command line options for the "vmware-vmupgrade" tool but I want to use the VC Client to do the upgrades. Also the switches listed for the vmware-vmupgrade tool say nothing about advanced options like modifying the install to add or remove components.

Does anyone know how to do this? what are some more of the switches available or are there none?

thanks in advance. -SL

thanks but I found this article already using google. It only lists options for upgrading from the command line. I am looking for the options to modify the vmtools install itslef to add/remove modules.
