Things I did to possibly break my system.
First I.......... did not need a ESX 3.5 box so I did a format reload of the box and put windows server 2008 on it that was my 101 box
Then I turned off my 107 box and pulled a SAS card from it and then turned the ESX 3.5 box on.
Since I did this I lost access to 1 of my 2 SAN datastores. All my mapping seems correct on my SAN side. Maybe I added the VMFS with my 101 box that is no longer there?
I just lost the mapping to 1 of my datastores and when I go to the config of one of my ESX boxes that has access to the LUN where the missing datastore is and try to "add storage" I see the LUN but free space says "none".
So right now 5 of my VM's are "inaccessible."
