We're looking at going with a ZFS config, which in itself gives us good performance, and 8GB of cache. In addition we're going to look in to a SSD setup to put the master on, most of our systems use very little resources and io from thier system disks anyways.
Is there anything special to note or watch out for? specifcally with regards to backups. I know you need to use the script to delete any VM's but I wasn't able to find much more info on it then that. Right now we're looking at using the Symantec BE agent which is pretty nice allows both granular and full VM restores. Any gotchas with using the Linked VM's ?
