IP address showing on Config-NetworkAdapter-Networks

Hi, does anyone know what is the IP address showing on Config-NetworkAdapter-Networks?

It's a network hint - basically what IP range ESX is able to see from broadcast traffic. It does not dictate what IP range you have to limit your VMs to and if can be inaccurate if you have a number of VLANs that are connected vswitch that the NIC is a part of.

I'm not sure it's considered a bug. It's based on broadcasts so it can only be as good as what is broadcast. There's some good comments from VMware employees on these threads -
