How to delete events from virtual center

Or should I delete events from mssql directly?

Here's a write up on deleting the data with SQL - http://www.vmware-land.com/Vmware_Tips.html#VC5. Note that there are some syntax errors with the sql command (missing '(' ). I'm not sure if deleting directly is supported.
