How to change VC database from Express edition 2005 to Enterprise 2005 ?

Our VC database size is growing day by day hence, we would like to chnage dtabase from Express edition 2005 to Enterprise 2005 , Can anybody please suggest how would we go ahead in this direction?

We would prefer to export our existing express edition into enterprise ?
