I have a question , I am having 2 hosts both running on ESX 3.0.2 , I am trying to uprade it to ESX 3.5u5 , in the upgrade guide , as the best practice it says to backup the service console , how to do that , any other things i need to check before i go about this process , and also related document which explains the backup of the service console.
