Hosts in same cluster with dissimilar storage connection?

Can I point two members of a cluster to the same LUN when one host is connected via FC and the other host is connected via iSCSI?

I know it's probably not a good idea for production but will it work in test/dev?

It works fine, at least with decent storage. I wouldn't try it on some super lowend box, if you you were using a protocol converter.

I've even tried pointing a host at the same storage between 2 dissimilar paths (FC and iSCSI) and multipath works fine.
