Host isolation response

Is the host isolation response only valid if a Host is part of a cluster? We're going to loose network access as

part of an upgrade and just want to ensure VMs aren't suddenly shut down. These two hosts are not part

of a cluster.

Thanks, that's want I just wanted to confirm. That unless your Host is in a HA Cluster that you aren't affected by Host Isolation

correct.

These are advanced options for HA, I don't know of a way to accomplish this for a stand alone ESX(i) Host
