Hiding Vmtools icon on taskbar for all users

Hi,

Just wondering how to remove the taskbar icon for Vmtools for all users. When I log in I turn it off however if another user logs in the icon comes back for that user. It seems to be an individual user setting and not a global setting...There should be an option to set it globally...(maybe a thought for future revision)
