Help with DNS setting

I have a host machine (physical that is having dns issues.

Where can I find the settings for this. HELP

Which VMware product and version are you using?

3.5 I see the cofig tab that has the dns info but, I can't change it.

if you click on "Properties" link ... can you open the dns properties?

Also make sure you are logged in have administrator priveledges or if your are connecting directly to the ESX host log in as root -

You can also go into the service console and edit the file /etc/resolv.conf

Make sure your server is listed there.
