HP rx6600

I know this system is not on the HCL but was just wondering if anyone out there is actually running ESX on one of these systems and how they are getting on with it. Thinking of deploying some dev VMs on here but wanted to hear some thoughts before I look at purchasuing somethintg on the HCL

_{It is not possable to install ESX on an rx6600. They use the Itanium Processor that is not supported and according to our VMware rep probably never will be.}

_{If you are looking to use HP-UX as a guest you may want to look into HP-UX virtual Machines. We use them today. They don't have all the nice features of VI, but does provide concrete benefits.}
