HP Management Agents don't see HBA's correctly

Running ESX 3.5 U2, using HP FC1242 dual port 4gb HBA's connected to EVA4000 disk chassis.

I've downloaded and installed HP System Management Agents v 8.2 and initially did not see my HBA's in the management homepage. I've since downloaded the API libraries from qlogic, and now I see the adapters in the management server homepage, but I can't see any details. I only see some basic version and firmware info, nothing shows up in regards to the disks on the EVA, link status of the fiber jumper, etc...

Any ideas or will I have to live with limited info on the HBA's via the insight agents?

Hello,

During the install of hpasm it mentions that you may need qlogic or emulex libraries to make everything work as expected. Did you follow those instructions. THey also exist within the README I believe.
