HA won't start up after IP address change on ESX Hosts

I have done several IP address changes and another problem has raised its head :-

We have 2 clusters both with HA and DRS enabled, but since the change of IP addresses HA won't work as its says it can see the old and new IP addresses - I have check the /etc/hosts, /etc/resolve.conf file but cannot find the old addresses.

Is this a problem with the VC database holding the old addresses? - I did disconnect, remove and add the hosts again, but it still won't do HA.

Any help garetfully accepted.

Thanks,

Paul

FT_HOSTS indeed, it probably still contains your old ip. Also double check your hosts file in /etc

Look in /etc for a file called "FT_HOSTS". Delete this file and reconfigure HA.
