Can anyone tell me how the virtual machines from a failed host will be started up on other hosts:
assume we have a 5 node cluster.
1 host fails.
we have 10 virtual machines set with high priority.
Will they start ona at a time (cfr Site recovery manager° or will they start in parallel ( one on each available host)
Will there be a difference when they are set with a norm startup priority?
Also assume there are enough resources free to start the 10 virtual machines on the remaining hosts.
As I recall - I believe the VMs with High restart priotrity are started in parallel and then with Normal and Low are then started in series

So this is totally different from Site recovery manager in which
high priority they will wait one after the other
normal priority: they will start in parallel (dependent on amount of hosts available = one vm per host)

Parallel.
