HA and DRS with RDM

Hello,

I would like to know if its fully supported to have an HA and DRS enabled with VM´s that have RDM disks.

As far as i know you just need each ESX server to have access to the same datastores, but i´d appreciate some best practices for this environment

Thanks.

HA and DRS is fully supported...you'll need to be in virtual compatability mode if you want to have snapshot functionality.

However, clustered (MSCS) virtual machines should not be part of Vmware (DRS/HA) Clusters

Why do you need to use RDM? Unless you're doing a Microsoft Cluster, its almost always best to stick with VMFS...there are no performance benefits to RDM, but it is required for SAN tool access.
