HA DRS cluster configuration

I want to know Is it possible to configure HA DRS cluster without AD & DNS server .Kindly reply.

I think you proberly can without AD but DRS really's amost entirly on DNS

HA and DRS have nothing to do with AD. So a AD server is not needed.

But for HA you need a name resolution. If you don't have a DNS server you must use the hosts file on the ESX servers for name resolutions.

The hosts file is located in /etc

In the hosts file all ESX hosts have to be inserted with name and IP address. The hosts file should be identical on each ESX host.
