HA Configuration on ESX

I am getting an error in VC that "HA Agent in <ESX Host> on cluster in <cluster name> in datacenter has an error.

Please help me how to resolve this?

Try...

Right click on the ESX Host -> Reconfigure for VMware HA

If this doesn't work check ur DNS Settings and provides logs

Thanks, It worked.

After reconfiguring HA host the issue is not presistent.

But, my another question is, this particular ESX host was working fine from last 6 months with all correct configurations, so why is it went to HA configruation issue?

Take a look at the log files in /var/log
