DRS and HA were working fine prior to our upgrade from VC2.x and ESX 3.01 to VC2.5 and ESX3.5
HA is running fine post upgrade as well. Our issues is we have had to turned off DRS as a result of random guests going into a 100% CPU state or NIC disconnect type state after a DRS migration.
We are able to open a console and move around in both cases from the VC but outside of the VC the servers appear offline..
