Can you verify that your sysprep files are still there?

Could also be a problem with TEMP variable:

Hi,

finally I found a solution. Somehow one or more files must have been corrupted during the update 4 installation. Just ran a "Repair" of the Virtual Center Installaion and the Gust Customization is working fine now.

thx to all who answered

Are you at U4 now? Or did you run the repair with an older build?
