Working on migrating some Active Directory / Domain Controllers. The System Admin that manages these brought the Forced Unit Access (FUA) question to my attention. He is concerned about migrating these servers and the possible impact on performance of the other Virtual Machines. First off, what is the best practice in terms of disabling Write Cache for the way Active Driectory does its writes? And based on that best practice what impact to the other Virtual Machines?
