Errors logs in the ESX server

Hi all,

i get so many errors which i hope you can help me clearify them:

Its repeating over and over again. Is this related to the HBA card? the hardware server is IBM x3650.

What kind of HBA are you using? What array are you talking to? It may be HBA, or it may be the path to the array, as it appears when stressed, you get failures accessing your disk.
