Error Message, "EXT2-fs warning: maximal mount count reached, running e2fsc

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=6822209&sl...

We have similar issue.

vdf results shows only system mount information and UUID+volume lable for SAN partitions.

error on tune2fs running on UUID is;

tune2fs -l 439e1b5d-57b5fb31-9153-0010181168b3

tune2fs 1.32 (09-Nov-2002)

tune2fs: No such file or directory while trying to open 439e1b5d-57b5fb31-9153-0010181168b3

Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock.

I would like to know how to set maximal mount count on ESX 3.0.1 for VMFS partitions.

Much appriciated support.
