Error: 1413: Initialization for VMFS2 failed with -1.

I installed ESX 3.5 on a new server and this is the error it shows:

1413: Initialization for VMFS2 failed with -1.

does anyone know what this means? I do not know if this is an approved server, all I know is that it has an intel mobo and and it is in a generic chasis.

I get this after I reboot, But I got it after I installed esx initially.
