Is there a way to scheule Snapshots with ESX? Also, if I have a c,d,e drive vmdk on seperate luns which lun woud it use to create the snapshots?
Yes if you have VirtualCenter you can go to Scheduled Tasks and create a "Make a Snapshot of a Virtual Machine" task. The snapshot files for all disks will be created wherever the default directory for the VM is located (where the vmx file is), you can change this behavior as outlined in the below link
