Solved: ESX Server Date & Time set?

How do I set the date and time on an ESX 3.0.1 server?

It's off by 4 hours... Which is causing a problem for the VM's

normally you'd use an NTP server.

This is set inside /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/ntp/step tickers
