ESX 3 with NUMA Enabled on a HP DL585 Quad Proc Dual Core

Has anyone enabled NUMA on a HP dl585 quad proc with dual core. I have a 2 node cluster and I want to make sure that if I enable Node Interleaving that the esx 3.01 system and my virtual machines will have proformance improvmements.

I have probably got this totally wrong but I read on wikipedia the other day that node interleaving meant "hyperthreading". This is different from "dual core". As far as I can remember you dont want node interleaving on if you want numa to work. (I could be talking rubbish here) but check out the wikipedia doc for numa
