ESX 3.5, is an HP SB40c storage blade compatible?

I have found some documentation on the HP site stating ESX 3 is compatible. not seen anything about ESX 3.5 compatibility.

Essentially the storage blade connects to a BL460c(known compatible) blade over a backplane PCIE connection/smart array 400 card.
