ESX 3.5 - Create a CSR

I would like to create a CSR so I can request a cert and install a valid SSL certificate on my ESX servers. Valid certs work better with IE if someone is using WebAccess. How do I do this?

I created the CSR based off the thread. After I receive the cert from Verisign I will install.
