ESX 3.5.0 Reboot Required

I have just found on our VMware under Summary that "Reboot Required". We have not to done any update that might required reboot.

I wonder if anybody has experience such before?

Have you made any configuration changes to your ESX host? There are some configuration changes that reqyure a rebbot - like change the number of ports on a virtual switch, changing DNS/Host Name for example -

Check your scheduled tasks and make sure there's nothing there as well.
