ESX 3.5.0, 207095 Upgrading to vSphere 4.0 or 4.1

I have an ESX 3.5 host that is the last 3.5 host in my VMware environment. I have a vCenter Server 4.0.1, 258902 that manages 2 other vShperer 4.1.0 hosts. I want to know if I can upgrade directly the ESX 3.5 host to vSphere 4.0 or 4.1? I have licenses available for both. What .iso do I need to download that will allow me to update the host to vSphere or am I able to use the Update Manager to update the host? Any help locating the correct files/disc's would be appreciated. Thanks.

first you can't manage 4.1 hosts with 4.0.x vCenter. The easiest way is to upgrade vCenter and it's modules (VUM) to 4.1 U1 then use VUM and create and upgrade baseline.  From there you can upgrade your hosts.

I appologize, I meant I have a vCenter Server 4.1.0, 258902. One of the esx hosts is 4.1.0, 260247 and the other 4.0.0, 208167.
