Downloading ESX4 U2

Aloha -

I have 4 ESX 3.5 U4 hosts and a VCenter server running VCenter 2.5. I want to begin testing for an eventual 4.0 U2 upgrade. On the ESX download, I see two options - VMWare ESX 4 Update 2 and VMWare ESX 4 Update 2 Installable. What is the difference??

The installable version is ESXi. You want VMware ESX 4 Update 2
