Disabling/Enabling or Conect/Disconect VM_NIC

Getting Problem in guest machine,
HOST Machine: win7 x64
01 Guest Machine: win7x64
02 Guest Machine: winXP x32

Using VMWARE WORKSTATION 8.0.3 (LATEST)

Problem is, when i run winxp guest machine, with select specific network (e.g. VMNET2) which are binding from my WLAN, it is working correctly.
but the problem is that when i run win7 guest machine with select specific network (e.g. VMNET2) it continuously Conect/Disconect (enabling/disabling) and something get error of "IP CONFLICT".Please help me out..!Thanks in Advance.
