Default Isolation response changed in VC 2.5 U2 and ESX 3.5

Any one noticed this already, but the default Isolation Response changed from "Power Off" to "Leave powered on"! And VMware added a new option, a highly anticipated one "Shutdown VM", a clean and nice shutdown when the host isolates.

Still I'm wondering why the default Isolation response changed. Anyone has a clue?

Hi Depping..

We've just upgraded our test enviroment from U1 to U2.... The default isolation responce hasn't changed here....

Did you do a clean install?

I'm sure gonna watch out for this one when doing new installs, then..... Good find, Depping.

I'm also curious what people think the best option would be? I tend to go for "shutdown vm".
