DL 585 G2

I have a customer configured a memory of DL 585 as bellow but with this config the esx 3.0.1 doesn't start at all any suggestions please.

This is how the customer configured the DL 585 Memory.

The memory config which enabled us to run all of the Dimms at the same speed was as follows:

My experience with the DL585 G1 was that in order to run ESX3 you will have to put identical amount of RAM into each memory board. It was not possible to mix memory sizes across memory boards. I think with the G2 it is handled the same way.
