Contents.xml.sig file is missing in bundle file

I downloaded the "ESX350-Update05a.zip" bundel file from  http://www.vmware.com/patchmgr/findPatch.portal to upgrade the ESX 3.5 Update 4 to Update 5 but it give the following error message at the command  "esxupdate -bundle=ESX350-Update05a.zip update" execution.

"INFO: No depot URL specified, going with file:///esx3.5
INFO: Configuring...
ERROR: File does not exist: /esx3.5/contents.xml.sig "

Same error is attached with this post for refferance. Please help out......

Welcome to communites.

Some times time of download file itself get corrupted.

Please do fresh download through any downland manager .
