Consultant or VAR who can help setup ESX server environment (South Bay)

I have tried to setup the ESX server ( NAS/3.x ESX/Networking) to have DRS/Vmotion between 2 ESX server. Having trouble get it all working.

Any recomendation on Consultants/VAR who can help us set it up in Silicon Valey area.

Call VMware. They are in the neighborhood and should have someone who can help you out.
