Consolidation on other nets?

I have installed VirtualCenter server and Capacity Planner on my licensing server. We have servers on other nets that I want to start an analysis on. For example a server in the DMZ.

Cant I do this by opening som ports in our firewall and in that case, which ports?

As far as i can see Guided Consolidation uses Domain Discovery to find hosts.

You Are talking about a DMZ, so it's normal you won't see those hosts. They are not in the domain.

I would say. Take a workstation install win 2k3 and Virtual Center on it, put it in your DMZ. Run 55 days on a temp license then make a report of the selected machines using the data manager.
