Can you recover data from a snapshot or a -0000001.vmdk?

I had a server that was changed from lsi to buslogic and it lost all the data for 1 month, and now I would like to open the file.

Is there a way to do this? I do not have a back up and only have the -0000001.vmdk files.

As I understand it - it is not possible somce the snpshot only contains the delta changes to the virtual disk

Recovering data is possible but depends a lot on what you've already tried.

Post a list of files you have and an exact description of what you've done so far.
