Can snapshots be stored in another location

I'm running ESX 3.0.1 and SAN booting. We're running out of space on our LUNS, can I re-direct my snapshots to an alternative location (i.e: local storage, NAS, or even an altogether different SAN LUN)????

I didn't see this topic/question addressed in previous threads.

Yes you can do it by editting the VM's .vmx file and adding the line workingDir "/vmfs/volumes/SnapVolume/Snapshots/"[/b].
