CVA 2.2 VM Validation : All Linux hosts reporting 'did not report an IP Address.'

I get the following error while running VM Validation test.

2010-04-20 16:42:49 UTC: ERROR: VM VM4 did not report an IP Address.

2010-04-20 16:45:20 UTC: ERROR: VM VM7 did not report an IP Address.

2010-04-20 16:45:22 UTC: ERROR: VM VM7 did not report an IP Address.

2010-04-20 16:45:23 UTC: ERROR: VM VM8 did not report an IP Address.

2010-04-20 16:45:25 UTC: ERROR: VM VM8 did not report an IP Address.

2010-04-20 16:45:25 UTC: ERROR: Validation of file systems on VM RDM mount points failed.

2010-04-20 16:45:25 UTC: VM setup on Host 192.168.12.223 does not meet certification minimum requirement

VM3 is RH 5.3

VM4 is SLES 10 SP1

VM7 is RH 5.3

VM8 is SLES 10 SP1

Staf is running on all the hosts. I verified it.

Nevermind...the vmware tools were not up and running on the linux hosts.
