Can a VM with CPU affinity set be VMotioned either as part of a DRS cluster or manually?

Thanks

Note that you must not use CPU affinity with VMotion.

You can disable DRS for a VM, but to disable VMotion you have to use some tricks (like attach a local device or a local ISO).

setting CPU affinity will also disable vmotion - with affinity set attempting vmotion will throw an error during the pre check like using local storage
