Hello experts,

I am trying to understand what is the difference between actpk5 and runpk5.

The docs says the actpk5 is the Active CPU time and runpk5 is the Runtime CPU time (both indicate peak time for the last 5 minutes).

My question is what is the difference between Active CPU time and Runtime CPU time?!

Here is what I could for the difference between the 2: actpk5 is the time that a VM spent occupying a CPU and runpk5 is the time that a VM spent actually running on a CPU for the last 5 minutes.
