CIMPROVAGT Message

I am seeing the following message logged in /var/log/messages:

Running ESX 3.5 Update 2, with Dell OpenManage 5.4.0. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

Does the message go away if you stop the CIM service? (service pegasus stop)

It does, and it comes back when I restart the service.

Is there any update on this issue? Did you get it resolved? What was the fix?

no resolution. problem went away with the replacement of these ESX servers.
