Best practice / recommandations for Terminal Server implemantation with vmware

Very good article!

We are also running our complete Terminalserverfarm (Microsoft) on ESX.

We are running Windows 2003 Enterprise Server with 4GB RAM and 2 vcpus.!

MCP, VCP3 , VCP4
