Best backup method

What is the best backup method for backing up vm's?

Currently using vcbMounter, but it evidently will not overwrite itself, so I cant use it to do scheduled backups. is there a good way to get a scheduled backup to run?

The new esXpress beta also has FLB (File Level Backups) and real (AES256) encryption, (Some people like to be misleading, and call scp transport an encrypted backup.) along with the snaps on snaps.

We recently start testing esXpress due to an inconsistent success rate with the VCB. The product seems to be pretty solid all around and the price is right in Management's eyes.

Thanks for the kind esXpress words... Just keep in mind, if you decide to buy the LE, and want to upgrade, the price is just the difference, no hidden cost. So you can buy in for $, then upgrade to $$ or $$$.

Plus we have the only solution that does delta backups for VI3 (along with lots of other features that only we have).

If you like Vizion Core, use it. Personally, I find it flaky, I don't if it works for everyone else \*BUT*. He asked my opinion, and I gave it.
