I'm trying to do it inside the BusyBox ESXi:
Use a statically linked rsync version that I found in this wiki: http://wiki.contribs.org/Backup_of_ESXi_Virtual_Machines_using_Affa.
The rsync is inside thi tarball:http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/michaelw/sme7/Affa2/affa-esxi-setup-02.tgz
After, I'll install rsnapshot, configure the path for the rsync-static and see if it works through an nfs share pre-configured with Infrastructure Client.
